(ĐN)- Supermarkets in Dong Nai province have fully prepared Tet goods for sale to meet increasing demand during Tet. The volume of stored goods for Tet has increased by 20 – 30 per cent over last year. Dong Nai Big C Supermarket said that it has spent about VND 100 billion to stockpile goods for Tet including foods, cosmetics, clothes, home appliances and others, up 24-30 percent from the same period last year. Meanwhile, Co-op Mart Tan Bien said it has stored Tet goods worth some VND 65 billion, up 30 per cent. At most supermarkets in the province, locally-made goods accounted for 90-95 percent of the essential items for Tet, such as confectioneries and beverages.
