Dong Nai’s customs collects over VND8.5 tril in 2011

(ĐN)- In 2010, Dong Nai Customs Department collected VND8,553 billion worth of import-export taxes, surpassing the set target by 65 percent.

(ĐN)- According to information from Dong Nai Customs Department, the customs sector collected VND8,553 billion worth of import-export taxes in 2010, surpassing the set target by 65 percent; accordingly, total overdue tax debt accounted for only 0.26 percent of total revenue.

In 2010, the provincial Customs Department dealt with 673 administrative violation cases and 18 others with a total fine of over VND38 billion  

The customs sector will strive to fulfill its 2011 target of VND7,650 billion in revenue from import-export taxes, create favorable conditions for taxpayers to declare and pay tax in full and on time.
