(ĐN)- Dong Nai Taxation Bureau held a conference on Jan 14 to review its activities in 2010 and discuss next year’s targets. The conference was attended by Deputy Minister of Finance Do Hoang Anh Tuan and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot.

According to the bureau, more than VND11.7 trillion of tax was collected in 2010, exceeding over 32 percent of the whole year’s estimates and increasing over 37 percent compared to previous year’s figure.
In 2011, Dong Nai Taxation Bureau will strive to fulfill at least 110 percent of the set target of the year, continue to promote reform to create favorable conditions for local enterprises and individuals to declare and pay tax in full and on time.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman Vo Van Mot highly appreciated the results achieved by the bureau in 2010 and hoped that the taxation sector will continue its efforts to fulfill and exceed state budget collection target this year.
