Berjaya-D2D to launch apartments in Dong Nai soon

Berjaya-D2D Co. Ltd., a joint venture between Berjaya Leisure (Cayman) Ltd. and Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No. 2 (D2D), will launch residential units of its Topaz Twins project at the Bien Hoa City Square Show Gallery in Dong Nai Province next month.

Topaz Twins are two 20-level residential towers with 448 units from two to five bedrooms. Floor areas range from 107 to 120 square meters and 217 square meters for penthouse units. The towers, equipped with ample parking, shops and a playground that will provide convenience and a new lifestyle, are expected to be completed within 25 months of the launch.

Topaz Twins is the second phase of the Bien Hoa City Square project encompassing approximately 2.5 hectares off Vo Thi Sau Street in Bien Hoa City, about 25 kilometers from HCMC. The project includes a five-star hotel, the Bien Hoa City Mall, office towers and apartments.

Scheduled for completion in 2012, the hotel will be the first five-star in Dong Nai Province managed by Marriott International Inc., a renowned hotel brand from the U.S.

Last month, the joint venture introduced the apartment model of the Amber Court Building of the Bien Hoa City Square complex project. The 17 floor building, including 116 luxury flats and four penthouses, has been sold out.

Each flat covers 94-107 square meters and each penthouse 190-220 square meters. The building is expected to be completed in July 2011.
