116 apartments of Amber Court building sold out

(ĐN)- Within one week of sales from October 16-23, a 116-apartment building developed by Berjaya D2D joint-venture were sold out and buyers put down deposits. The building named as Amber Court is a part of the companys Bien Hoa City Square complex and it was sold out although the project has not yet been constructed. It is an unexpected result because this is the first time in Bien Hoa city that luxury apartments were sold out quickly while Ho Chi Minh city’s luxury real estate market is facing a slump and recession.

Mr. Chun Lin Mor, Chief Representative of Berjaya Land Berhad said that the sold out status of Amber Court proved that Dong Nai’s luxury housing market showed some very positive signs. He also said that Dong Nai is a huge potential market waiting to be tapped and this will attract more investors to Dong Nai’s high-potential real estate market.

According to  Duong Hong Cam, the project director, 70 per cent of buyers of  Amber Court are young people who lives in Bien Hoa city and many of them are managers of foreign companies.

The company will launch sales of luxury apartments in Topaz Twins building in late November this year.
