(ĐN)- Son An Housing Development & Construction Investment Joint Stock Company on Monday launched a VND314 billion low-income housing project in Dong Nai province.
The new project includes two 19 storey apartment buildings raised in Tam Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city.
These buildings occupy 6,376 sq.m. The project has a total of 408 flats and it is aimed to provide accommodation for more than 2,220 people.
The project is expected to be completed by the last quarter of 2011.
The average flat size is around 70 square meters and the sale price stands between VND 7.5 million and VND 8 million per spm.
Poor people is entitled to pay only VND 150 million in advance when they want to buy a flat, with the rest paid through 15-20 year installments.
