(ĐN)- Nguyen Thai Hoc, General Director of the Dong Nai Foods Import and Export Company (Donafoods) said his company faced difficulties during the first half of the year due to limited export markets. In addition, the company is facing a 20% decrease in the export price of cashew kernels. Between January and June, Donafoods exported 2,500 tonnes of cashew kernels valued at $14 million, down by 25 per cent over the same period last year.
Donafoods has already lowered its export target this year from $51 million to $35 million.
