Industry and Trade, Dong Nai will strive to raise its industrial production value to VND91,584 billion in 2009, an increase of 20 percent against 2008. Accordingly, the central state-owned sector register an increase of 11 percent; local state-owned sector,17 percent; non-state sector, 18.5 percent; and foreign invested sector, 22 percent.In 2009, Dong Nai will try to reach total retail revenue of VND45,678 billion and total import-export turnover of $18.526 billion, increasing 25 percent and 23.5 percent, respectively.
In 2008, the province reported a total industrial production value of VND76,327 billion, up 21.3 percent from the previous year, and saw a total import-export turnover of US$14.995 billion, up 27.5 percent.
