(ĐN)- On October 22, Tin Nghia one-member limited liability company officially opened its real estate transaction floor at No. 8C1 Dong Khoi Street, Tan Hiep ward, Bien Hoa city. The floor is built on an area of 150 sq.m with a total cost of VND6 billion. According to Director of Tin Nghia real estate transaction floor Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong, the floor will provide real estate services such as buying, selling and renting property products, implementing legal procedures for real estate transactions. Besides, it will supply consultant services relating to project investment procedure, market research, office building, industrial zones for rent.
Until now, Tin Nghia company has constructed many big residential projects including residential areas of Tan Bien 1 and Tan Bien 2, Quang Vinh apartment building, etc.
