(ĐN)- Xuan loc district has about 72,000 ha of natural land, of which 57,000 ha are forestry and agricultural land, (approximately 80 per cent of total land area) , 14,000 are non-agricultural land and over 1,000 are unused land.

At present, the district is adopting more intensive farming techniques to try to generate income of over VND85 million per hectare per year. The district has so far developed fields earning VND 85-100 million per hectare per year with total area of 1,142 ha and fields with income of over VND 100 million per hectare per year, covering an area of 666 ha.
