Dong Nai Paint Company will pay a 15 per cent dividend to existing stockholders for 2007 earnings.
The company will also issue shares to raise its charter capital as well as to mobilise capital for the Chau Duc Industrial Zone, which has an investment capital of VND7 billion.
Furthermore, the company would also invest VND2.3 billion to expand its facilities, with PPG’s support.
The shares yesterday closed at VND41,500, up 3.75 per cent.
