
Presently, all local enterprises restart production after Tet holidays; until now, hundred of enterprises carried out the customs procedures for export, Dong Nai Industry Department Director Phan Thi My Thanh said.
Accordingly, the industrial production value of the local state-owned enterprises is estimated at VND692.2 billion in first two months of this year, up 7.5 percent compared to the same period of last year; non-State domestic enterprises registered an industrial production value of VND751.6 billion in February, a year-on-year increase of 18.1 percent; and foreign-invested enterprises saw a rise of 21.3 percent. The building materials production enterprises boost production to meet the increasing needs of clients in the dry season. Some industries such as food, textile and garment, wood also enhanced their production to ensure supplies to domestic and foreign markets.
In the field of trade and tourism, Dong Nai’s tourist areas such as Buu Long, Giang Dien, Bo Cap Vang, Dong Truong, etc have welcome more than 20,000 visitors inside and outside in the province.
