Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee granted an investment license to a project to build a 16.935 billion VND (more than 1 million USD) residential area, in Nhon Trach city on Sept. 14.
The 759 ha residential area, named Phu Thanh-Long Tan, will be built between 2008-2022.
The investor, Tin Nghia Limited Company, has involved in other province’s residential areas, such as Tan Bien 2, Phuoc Khanh, Tan Phu, Trang Bom, Tam Phuc and An Phuoc, with a total investment capital of nearly 17,000 billion VND
