(ĐN) - On September 14, Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment granted investment licenses to 6 new projects with a combined registered capital of US$338.8 million under the witness of Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai.

The projects included Phu Thanh-Long Tan new urban area worth US$120 million invested by Nhon Trach Investment J.S Company, Tan Tao residential area valued at US$27 million of An Nghiep Phat Housing Developing and Trading Company, An Vien – Trang Bom residential area worth US$13 million invested by Tuong Thanh Housing Trading and Construction Company. Besides, the Scharffiler Vietnam Co. Ltd will invest US$116.7 million in Amata industrial park, the YGS Vietnam Co. Ltd will pour US$45 million in Nhon Trach 2 IP, and the Viet Nam Amata Joint Venture will build a US$16.9 million residential and commercial area.
