In the first phase, the company will offer 6.04 million shares at 10:5 to existing shareholders. A further 5.4 million shares will be sold in the second phase to existing shareholders at a rate of 10:3, while 604,867 shares will be reserved for employees.
The first issuance will take place in the third quarter of this year and the second issuance will be in the first quarter of next year. The company has a charter capital of VND120.9 billion (US$7.6 million).
