THACO celebrates its 10th founding anniversary

(ĐN)- Truong Hai Auto Joint-Stock Company celebrated its 10th founding anniversary and received Labour Order, third class, at Thong Nhat (Unification) Palace in HCM city late last week.

(ĐN)- Truong Hai Auto Joint-Stock Company celebrated its 10^th founding anniversary and received Labour Order, third class, at Thong Nhat (Unification) Palace in HCM city late last week. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Truong Vinh Trong, the leaders from the ministries, branches and central organizations, the leaders of HCM city and the provinces of Dong Nai, Tay Ninh, Quang Nam, Long An, Tien Giang, and the company’s employees.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Deputy Prime Minister highly appreciated the achievements as well as the contributions made by the Truong Hai Auto Company (THACO) during the past 10 years. He expressed his hope that the company will be more and more developed and become the leading automobile manufacturer in Vietnam. Mr. Trong also stressed that further efforts should be made by Truong Hai to be able to compete with other producers in the region.

As known, THACO produced and supplied 930 cars of all kinds to the market in May, ranking second among the Vietnam’s manufacturers, only behind Toyota Vietnam. Besides, the company has actively participated in social and charity activities during the past ten years.

With the outstanding achievements and significant contributions, Truong Hai Auto Company and General Director Tran Ba Duong have been awarded the Labour Order, third class, by the State President.
