Foreign-invested enterprises took the lead with a total industrial production value of more than VND13.722 billion (up 25.4 percent), followed by non-State domestic enterprises with VND2,598 billion (up 24 percent), and State-run enterprises with an estimated value of VND3,030 billion (up 10-11 percent. Some industries posted high growth rates included textiles (32 percent), footwear (22.3 percent), wood furniture (70 percent), food and beverage (26 percent), chemicals (26 percent).
