Southern Steel Sheet Company: A Well-known Trademark

The Southern Steel Sheet Co., Ltd. (SSSC) was established in 1995. Its factory stands on 28,000sq.m and its office covers 1,729.5sq.m. SSSC is a joint venture between Southern Steel Corporation (Vietnam), Federal Iron Works.snd.bhd- Malaysia (FIW) and Japans Sumitomo Corporation. With well-known trademarks, the two foreign partners, who specialize in producing and trading in steel sheets, have won the trust of customers in ASEAN countries and the Asia-Pacific region.

SSSC is very renowned for its main products like galvanized steel sheet and prepainted galvanized steel sheet in coil form. Its production lines include continuous galvanizing line and continuous color line in which NOF line represents a capacity of 100,000 tonnes of product per year and CCL 70,000 tonnes per year.

With long experience in making galvanized steel sheet and prepainted galvanized steel sheet, SSSC has offered new, high-quality products with beautiful colors and shapes, which proves that SSSC has confirmed its motto "SSSC- The best partner with you for all projects".

At present, in spite of facing a bunch of hinderances due to the increasing price of input raw materials, traffic congestion, etc., SSSCs leaders and staff members are trying to overcome the problems in order to achieve satisfaction in both production and trading. The all 135 employees here have a strong will to surmount the obstacles and stabilize SSSC operation.

"SSSC holds a big share in the Vietnamese market with its network stretching from the South to the North in addition to the markets in Vientiane (Laos) and Phnom Penh (Cambodia). With our efforts to improve and maintain the high quality of products and services, our customers have always reached their vital need," said Yamato Masateru, the deputy general director of SSSC.

Also in his speech, Mr. Yamato has highly appreciated the activities of Dong Nai provinces leaders in attracting more domestic and foreign investors to the business work in here. Thus, a growing number of industrial zones have sprung up in Dong Nai Province. Investors have achieved great success in their business here.

Dong Nai Provinces development has facilitated companies investment and expansion partly thanks to the provinces improved infrastructure.
