(ĐN)- The Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD) has invested in the construction of Phuoc An-Long Tho residential area project covering 223.7 ha located in Nhon Trach district. The project was started at the end of April, 2003 and is scheduled to complete in 2009. Phuoc An-Long Tho residential area project include 800 tenement houses, 2,922 attached houses, 1,828 garden houses and 24 villas. It is designed to house 22,500 residents. 41 out of total houses of the project had been completed before Tet and some families have moved into their new houses. Besides, two parks have been built and most of the streets of the residential area has been grown green plants. So far 40 per cent work on the Project involving an expenditure of about VND 200 billion has been completed.
