(ĐN) – Despite difficulties due to restrictive practices (between competitors sharing markets,
competitive pressures in local markets…), for fiscal 2005, Dong Nai Telecom Company generated its revenue of over VND 542 billion, or 100.4 per cent of the goal, an increase of 9.6 per cent compared to 2004. According to the report, the company added more than 41,000 new customers including fixed phone and mobile subscribers in 2005. The total number of such subscribers also showed upward trend, increasing by 5.3 per cent against 2004, or 100.7 per cent of the goal. With above achievements, the company was awarded excellent emulation flag for 2005 by Ministry of Post and Telematics.In 2006, the company expects to hit VND 560 billion in turnover and reach the goal of adding 40,000 fixed phone subscribers.
