(ĐN)- To better serve customer demands, Dong Nai Telecom Company under the provincial Post Office has just opened new customer care center at National Highway 15, Thong Nhat ward, Bien Hoa city. Vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai attended the opening ceremony. According to the company’s leaders, the first customer care center was launched aiming to supply telecommunications services, provide ADSL broadband internet service. This is also a place where will settle claims that the company may wrongly bill customers for some online services and products as well as collect the call cost.
In the next time, the company will open more two centers in Long Binh Industrial Zone and Long Khanh town if the first center operates efficiently.
