(ĐN)- From the beginning of 2005 until now, local enterprises recorded a significant increase in the export value. Accordingly, the export turnover of Dong Nai in the first eight months achieved US$ 2,015.9 million, rose by 27.3% over the same period last year. This increase was mainly due to a rise in major export products including coffee of 10%, honey of 45%, cashew nut of 0.8%, footwear 32.9%, garment 3.8%, wood furniture manufacturing 22.8% ... In addition to the increase, export turnover of the major sectors posted highest rising such as the Central State-owned sector amounting to US$41.5 million, up 20.1%; Foreign-invested sector totaling US$1,850.1 million, jumped 28.3%.
