(ĐN)- Hua My Chieu, 30 years old, is now a successful businessman of Phong Son private enterprise. As a 25 years old, he was allowed to manage a pottery by his parents. In early operating the pottery of his family, he always thought how to promote further his business development.

(ĐN)- Hua My Chieu, 30 years old, is now a successful businessman of Phong Son private enterprise. As a 25 years old, he was allowed to manage a pottery by his parents. In early operating the pottery of his family, he always thought how to promote further his business development. Initially, his products only supplied to the domestic market. Up to now, the enterprise has decided to extend its activities into the export market. He is on the way of researching oversea markets for making products with their good quality and fine design in order to meet foreign customers’ tastes. His decorative potteries include flowerpots, pot plant, animals that can place in gardens and interior houses. During from 2000 to 2002, his potteries have been exported to America and some countries in Europe. These products have got a foothold in the oversea markets. His enterprise has signed pottery supplying contracts with  4 foreign partners from UK and USA. Annually, there are over 20 new creations with their good design being present in the market in order to meet the increasing demand of customers.

Up to now, his enterprise has expanded the production and created jobs for 42 employees. Thanks to efforts of himself and his employees, the potteries are popular among foreign customers. As a result, annual his turnover reaches up US$ 200 thousands. Consequently, living standards of his employees have raised higher than before. Besides, his employees are taken care well and given a help when they fall sick or involve misfortune. Furthermore, the enterprise takes an active part in social works. “In the future, we will concentrate improving better quality of our products and expand further our activities for exporting to many countries in Europe. I will welcome young employees to my pottery for training them to become good potters” told Chieu.
