Through these task groups, the action program seeks to establish a regular and coordinated working mechanism that clearly identifies joint activities, assigns responsibilities and focal points, and specifies implementation deadlines and concrete outputs. This is intended to help improve the effectiveness of foreign affairs and international integration, mobilize external resources, expand development space, and enhance the city's status in the new stage.
