Supporting businesses in improving productivity and quality

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), cooperatives, and household businesses in Dong Nai City are eligible for support covering 80% of costs, based on contract value, when carrying out activities to improve the productivity and quality of goods and services. For other organizations and businesses, support ranges from 30% to 50% of the total estimated funding, depending on the type of support.

The support is stipulated in Resolution No. 25/2026/NQ-HDND, dated August 28, 2026, on the content and funding levels for supporting businesses in improving the productivity and quality of products and goods during the 2026-2030 period in the city, recently adopted by the Dong Nai People's Council.

Under the resolution, SMEs, cooperatives, and household businesses will receive non-refundable grants, with each business eligible for support for a maximum of three items during the 2026-2030 period. The maximum support is VND 30 million per item for developing, announcing, and applying internal standards; implementing management systems and productivity and quality improvement tools; and consulting and evaluating product and goods certification.

For the implementation and certification of traceability systems, the maximum support is VND 50 million per item. Measures involving the application of international standards, green transformation, green productivity, smart manufacturing, smart services, and the application of digital technologies to establish, optimize, and modernize enterprise management systems are eligible for support of up to VND 70 million per item.

For other organizations and businesses, measures involving international standards, green transformation, green productivity, smart manufacturing, smart services, and modernization of enterprise management systems are eligible for support covering 50% of the total estimated funding, capped at VND 100 million per item. Other eligible measures are supported at 30%, capped at VND 50 million per item.
