DNNRTV lights up Mid-Autumn Festival in border area

With the desire to bring a warm Mid-Autumn Festival to disadvantaged children in the border area, Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television (DNNRTV), sponsors and benefactors co-organized the "Moon of Love – Mid-Autumn Festival 2026" program in Thien Hung Commune on the morning of September 22.

The program brought together 65 students from disadvantaged backgrounds and ethnic minority groups. Of the total, 53 children were recommended by Thien Hung Commune, while 12 are adopted children of Bu Dop Border Guard Station.

The Organizing Board presented 65 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND, to support and encourage the children to overcome difficulties, continue their education, nurture their dreams, and look toward a bright future.

In addition to the scholarships, each child received a gift, including mooncakes, milk, and lanterns. Though simple, the gifts embody the care and sharing of the partnering organizations, contributing to a more joyful, warm, and fulfilling Mid-Autumn Festival for children in the border region.

The total cost of the "Moon of Love – Mid-Autumn Festival 2026" program was 95.5 million VND, raised by DNNRTV from partnering organizations such as Gia Bao Corporation Joint Stock Company – Ba Tu Cashew; VPBank – Binh Phuoc Branch; Tam Duc General Clinic Co., Ltd.; Hien Nguyen Store – Binh Phuoc; Thong Nhat General Hospital; doctors from Au Co Hospital; Thien Bach Thao Representative Office; and several other benefactors.

"Moon of Love – Mid-Autumn Festival 2026" not only demonstrates the social welfare responsibility of DNNRTV but also contributes to spreading the spirit of mutual support and solidarity toward the Fatherland's border areas.
