Bu Dang Commune delivers 38 red books to residents’ homes

On September 23, the People's Committee of Bu Dang Commune held a conference to review the 90-day-and-night campaign to deploy data for the public, the 180-day campaign to implement the project supporting citizens in completing procedures for the first-time issuance of certificates of land use rights (red books), and the first phase of delivering them to residents at home.

The activity was held in response to the special 500-day-and-night emulation campaign themed “Unity – Discipline – Efficiency – Breakthrough, building a civilized and modern Dong Nai," launched by the Dong Nai City Party Committee. The implementation of the two campaigns has produced many positive results, contributing to the cleanup of population data, accelerating the first-time issuance of red books, and ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

During the implementation of the campaigns, Bu Dang Commune collected 139 data fields related to population, civil registration, insurance, education, labor, employment, land, housing, the environment, and agricultural production. Through this process, the commune has gradually standardized and updated data to support management work and assist the public. In the land sector, the commune reviewed and mapped more than 1,000 land plots. A total of 38 applications that met the requirements were processed, with the red books delivered directly to residents' homes. Notably, the processing time for some applications was shortened from 30 working days to just three working days.

At the conference, leaders of the Commune Party Committee recognized and commended the sense of responsibility demonstrated by the forces participating in the two campaigns. They also urged them to continue promoting a grassroots approach, turning the "campaign" spirit into a regular working method, and taking the effectiveness of serving the people as a benchmark. Regarding the issuance of red books to the people, the Party Committee requested the authorities to continue classifying each case, providing specific guidance, resolving each difficulty and obstacle, and striving to fulfill the planned objectives.
