Five groups of solutions to shape a sustainable industrial space

According to the Dong Nai Industrial Parks and Economic Zones Authority, in the coming period, the city will promote a shift toward in-depth industrial development, prioritizing high technology, innovation, and the efficient use of resources.

Accordingly, Dong Nai will focus on five groups of solutions: researching the development of new-generation industrial park and economic zone models linked to the Long Thanh Airport urban area; prioritizing the attraction of strategic investors, with a focus on high-tech sectors such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence (AI), and aerospace; promoting foreign investment attraction and applying digital transformation, Internet of Things (IoT), and AI in management and greenhouse gas inventories; strengthening linkages among educational establishments, research institutes, and enterprises to train high-quality human resources; and developing worker housing and social infrastructure to help ensure adequate living conditions for workers.

Under this orientation, Dong Nai aims to build a green, smart industrial space linked to the Long Thanh Airport urban area, thereby creating new growth momentum and enhancing the competitiveness of the economy.
