During the program, the People's Committee of Nha Bich Commune presented 3,552 sets of textbooks to students from grades 1 to 12 at six schools in the commune. The activity concretizes the spirit of the Politburo’s Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW, dated August 22, 2025, on breakthroughs in education and training. It also reflects the attention of local Party committees and authorities to the cause of education, helping ensure that all students have access to textbooks before the start of the new school year.

Addressing the program, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Truong Son acknowledged and commended the People's Committee of Nha Bich Commune for proactively mobilizing social resources to support the cause of education, particularly through the implementation of the free textbook donation program ahead of the new school year. He emphasized the importance of ensuring that students receive their textbooks from the very beginning of the school year.
He requested that schools effectively manage and use the donated textbooks, continue to develop and promote the school library model to foster a culture of sharing and passing textbooks on through generations of students, and educate students on the importance of preserving books for long-term use. He also called for annual reviews and assessments of the condition of textbooks in school libraries to develop appropriate management and use plans, thereby contributing to improving educational effectiveness and maximizing the value of the donated textbook resources. He emphasized that the free textbook donation activities carried out by Nha Bich Commune and other localities in Dong Nai City reflect the concern and responsibility of the entire political system for the cause of educational development.
