At the conference, delegates concentrated on discussing and clarifying several issues, such as mechanisms for retaining and attracting high-quality human resources; principles for assigning tasks and allocating funds to branches; solutions to speed up land use rights auctions; and the application of digital transformation, science, and technology to site clearance procedures.
The Center has set a goal to finish compensation for 8 key projects and works while initiating implementation for 8 other projects, including several large-scale transport infrastructure projects.
The Center will continue to speed up construction, complete contractor selection procedures, and strive to disburse approximately 45% of the public investment plan by the end of the 2nd quarter, and to achieve 100% completion by the end of 2026. The land use rights auctions will be conducted in accordance with the Provincial People's Committee's plan, which is divided into five specific task groups, to guarantee feasibility and appropriateness for each type of land fund.

Concluding the conference, Nguyen Cao Tai, Director of the Dong Nai Land Fund Development Center, emphasized that the 2nd quarter and the period ahead represent a decisive "acceleration" phase, requiring the entire system to put forth its best efforts and act decisively. The center will focus on removing major "bottlenecks," especially in the areas of public investment, site clearance, land procedures, filling materials, and coordination mechanisms between sectors and levels. Each unit and individual must carefully review their assigned tasks, clearly identify difficulties, obstacles, responsibilities for resolution, and deadlines for completion.
In terms of task execution, the center has determined the need to innovate its mindset and management methods; viewing site clearance not only as a professional task but also as a "mission" to serve the overall development goals of the province. The entire system will promote the spirit of "solidarity - effort - responsibility - professionalism - development," taking initiative and playing a leading and core role in task implementation...
In connection with the Provincial Party Committee's special 500-day-and-night emulation movement, the entire system of the Dong Nai Land Fund Development Center has signed a commitment to achieve certain goals. The results of task completion will be used as a measure to assess each organization's and individual's ability and credibility.
