On April 12, Emulation Cluster of Homeland Security force under Dong Nai provincial Police, in coordination with Dak Lua commune, organized a mass mobilization program to mark the 51st anniversary of the South Liberation and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975-2026) and the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Homeland Security Force (April 18, 1946-2026). The event included social charity, and law education and dissemination for local residents.

During the event, the Organizing Board presented 400 gifts to residents of Dak Lua commune, donated 240 million VND to build three houses for local families, gifted 40 bicycles to students who have overcome hardship to excel academically, gave 50 health insurance cards, and contributed 150 million VND to support the Dak Lua Commune People's Committee in installing 60 solar-powered streetlights for public roads. The total funding for this mass mobilization campaign was 750 million VND.

Speaking at the ceremony, a representative of Dong Nai Police's Homeland Security Division said that through these activities, the organizers aim to help the people of Dak Lua commune raise their awareness and comply with the law and local regulations; actively participate in patriotic emulation movements; build new-style rural areas; and maintain security and order.

In addition to implementing ethnic policies, the program offers support and shares difficulties with ethnic minority communities. This motivates disadvantaged students to strive in their studies and work.

A representative of the local authority said that these are activities with profound humanistic significance, demonstrating the sense of responsibility, care, and companionship of the People's Public Security Force and participating units toward the locality, contributing practically to social welfare, new-style rural development, and the maintenance of security and order in the commune.
