Between 2023 and 2025, the program supported 40 farming households loans totaling 800 million VND and provided animal feed valued at 120 million VND. Each household received an interest-free loan of 20 million VND and additional animal feed support worth 3 million VND. The program was carried out in the former Cam My district's two communes, namely Xuan Dong and Lam San.
100% of participating households have so far utilized the funding for the intended purpose, successfully developing their livestock operations and helping to increase income and stabilize livelihoods. Additionally, the program awarded “Supporting Farmers” scholarships in 2023 and 2024 to 78 students who are children of loan-recipient households, with a total value of nearly 100 million VND, to assist and encourage their academic endeavors.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee set aside 20% of the total loan amount, equivalent to 160 million VND, to reward 40 households that successfully managed their livestock farming and made timely loan repayments, and commended 24 students who are children of the loan recipients for their excellent academic achievements.
