After spending a warm Lunar New Year (Tet) holiday with their families, tens of thousands of workers at industrial parks throughout Dong Nai province returned to their factories on the morning of February 23 (the 7th day of Tet). They were in a positive mood and eager for a bright new working year.

Similarly, at TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai province), a large number of employees returned to work after the nine-day Tet holiday. In the cheerful atmosphere of the first days of spring, company leaders and the Trade Union visited the production lines to check in with workers while also distributing 200,000 VND in lucky money to each employee.

Notably, on the first working day of the year, aside from a small number of workers from distant hometowns who were brought back on Trade Union-supported buses, most employees were present at the factory, reaching about 98%. With upbeat momentum and lively competitive spirit from the very start of the new year, the production lines are expected to quickly stabilize and achieve high productivity in the early days of operations.

Nguyen Thi Lan shared, “After the Tet holiday, returning to the company and meeting my colleagues again makes me very happy. The company cares by giving lucky money, so everyone has more motivation to work."
