This directive is one of the key tasks directed by the Provincial Youth Union for Youth Union organizations at all levels across the province to implement in 2026.
Accordingly, Youth Union organizations at all levels will prioritize communication and educational activities on premarital knowledge, gender equality, and the prevention of gender‑based violence for union members, young people, pupils, and students through diverse formats. The communication content will focus mainly on policies and laws related to gender equality, the advancement of young women, and measures to prevent and respond to gender‑based violence for union members, children, and the wider community.
In addition, communication efforts will be stepped up to promote and introduce models and activities that attract broad participation among children and youth. Coordination with relevant agencies will be strengthened to organize activities in response to the 2026 Action Month for Gender Equality (from November 15 to December 15). The Youth Union will also proactively provide advice and propose solutions to Party committees and local authorities to address challenges related to gender inequality in the context of population ageing, employment, and income in the digital era, as well as the impacts of natural disasters and climate change.
