Vo Hoang Khai, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai City Department of Science and Technology, added that Tri An Ward's decision to build an Innovation Space is not merely about arranging a physical venue for meetings or model displays. More importantly, it must function as a new development institution at the grass-roots level—a nexus uniting government, academia, enterprises, cooperatives, business households, youth, farmers, and citizens to tackle practical local challenges through knowledge, technology, data, and an innovative spirit.
