(ĐN)- On April 19, Thanh Thang Design and Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for the CC1 apartment complex, part of the social housing project in Bao Vinh ward, Long Khanh city.
The event was attended by Vice Chairman Ho Van Ha of the Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee, Secretary Dang Minh Nguyet of the Long Khanh city’s Party Committee and representatives from relevant departments.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Ho Van Ha emphasized that this project is a meaningful initiative in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Southern Liberation and National Reunification. It also demonstrates the province’s determination to implement policies on social housing development, particularly for low-income earners, workers, and disadvantaged groups.

The CC1 apartment complex, covering over 3,700 square meters, includes three four-story blocks with a total of 228 apartments. It is part of the broader Bao Vinh social housing project, which is expected to accommodate over 4,200 people through the construction of 1,054 social housing units and 136 commercial units. To date, more than 590 social units and 60 commercial units have been completed.
Provincial leaders urged the investor and contractors to mobilize resources, ensure construction quality, safety, and environmental standards, and adhere to the project timeline. Local authorities were also encouraged to support the project’s progress to ensure timely completion and contribute to sustainable urban development.
Nguyen Tan Kiet, Director of Thanh Thang company, pledged to closely monitor and push construction efforts to meet the planned schedule and deliver a high-quality living environment for future residents.
This project is among 80 nationwide constructions simultaneously launched or inaugurated on the same day in celebration of a major national milestone.
