Nguyen Duy Anh Tuan, Head of the Research Division under the Faculty of Post-graduate and International Relations of Dong Nai University, was elected as the Association’s chairman in the 2018-2023 tenure.
Addressing the event, Consul General of the U.S in Ho Chi Minh City Timothy Liston said that the association’s foundation will help promote mutual understanding, develop friendship, solidarity between people in two countries, between people in Dong Nai and people in states of the U.S in order to strengthen friendship relations, solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.
So far, the U.S has invested in 25 projects in Dong Nai with a total investment capital of US$147 million.
