(ĐN)- On October 5, Dong Nai Radio and Television Station in cooperation with Department of Education and Training and the provincial Study Encouragement Association organized a ceremony to award Le Dinh Nhon scholarships worth VND2 million each to 100 ethnic minority students at high schools.
Le Dinh Nhon is former Deputy Secretary of the Southeast region’s Party Committee. The scholarship program was established in 2012 with the financial resource from his family and other sponsors to help poor ethnic students overcome difficulties and achieve their dreams.
So far, 764 ethnic students benefited from the scholarship program.
On this occasion, Le Dinh Nhon’s family contributed VNd 20 million to the Fund.
