(ĐN)- Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee planed to spend more than VND8.9 trillion to enhance the quality of key urban infrastructure in Bien Hoa city, Long Khanh town and two districts of Trang Bom and Nhon Trach in 2018-2020 period, contributing to the province’s socio-economic development.
The funds will be spent to construct Long Hung-Tam Phuoc urban area in Bien Hoa city, Long Tan urban area in Nhon Trach and upgrade urban roads, improve local clean water supply system. It will also support better urban planning and management, taking into account climate change.
The projects are expected to directly benefit residents of the locality from improved urban infrastructure that will reduce vehicle travel times on new and upgraded roads, improve connectivity to industrial parks and tourist attractions, which will benefit workers and merchants commuting to and from the province as well as tourists visiting Dong Nai.
