(ĐN)- On September 2, Mr Le Ba Vu, former principal of Hoang Van Thu primary school in Thong Nhat district handed over 12 scholarships worth VND1.2 million each to studious poor students in Hoang Van Thu and Tran Binh Trong primary schools on the occasion of the new school year.
The scholarships aim to encourage disadvantaged students to overcome difficulties and continue their studies.
