(ĐN)- On August 31, Dong Nai Youth Union reviewed their voluntary youth summer campaigns in 2018. Secretary of the HCM Communist Youth Union Central Committee Bui Quang Huy attended the event.
During the reviewed period, the union and its agencies have built two bridges, rural traffic roads, 33 charity houses and 21 entertainment areas for children.
Moreover, the union also provided free medical check-ups and medicines to 12,000 needy people, collected more than 6,700 blood units from young people, launched activities to pay debt of gratitude, build new rural areas and civilized urban lifestyle.
On this occasion, the provincial Youth Union honored 45 organizations and 53 individuals for their contributions in summer youth volunteer campaigns this year.
