As far as known, the province will give over 58,000 safety helmets to 1st grade students across the province.
This is part of the program entitled “Living up to dreams” launched by the National Traffic Safety Committee, the Ministry of Education and Training and Honda Vietnam Company to give nearly 2 million safety helmets to all 1st grade students across the country.
