(ĐN)- On September 6, Dong Nai Police Department announced the decisions to grant amnesty to 27 prisoners who are serving sentences at some prisons in the province.
They were confirmed to have had good conduct while in prison.
It is hoped that 27 recipients to continue striving hard and obey laws to reintegrate into the community, becoming useful persons for their families and society.
The clemency is designed to encourage prisoners to refresh themselves so that they can return to society sooner than scheduled.
