The delegation included Secretary Nguyen Phu Cuong and Standing Deputy Secretary Tran Van Tu of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of the provincial People’s Committee, leaders of Bien Hoa city and Military Zone 7, the province’s former leaders and representatives from departments and agencies.
At the cemetery, the leaders laid wreaths and burnt incense to commemorate of revolutionary soldiers who laid down their lives for national independence.
