Covering 12.8 hectares of land, the center will include common halls, barracks, lecture halls, training grounds, a sports center, etc., and it is built at a total cost of nearly VND200 billion from the province's budget.
The center will serve to improve the quality of defense-security training for officials at all levels as well as provide defense-security for people in the province.
The center is expected to be completed and put into operation by 2020.
