(ĐN)- On April 27, some 200 young people, policemen and soldiers gathered to start their community work at Xuan Thien commune.
Particularly, they helped local residents to clean up the environment, collect garbage at public places and upgrade rural traffic roads.
This is part of activities to mark the 43rd anniversary of Southern Vietnam’s Liberation and the Reunification Day (April 30, 1975) and the 128th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890)
On this occasion, the delegation presented 20 gifts worth VND300,000 each to policy families, Vietnamese heroic mothers, poor households and disadvantaged students in Xuan Thien commune.
