(ĐN)- Various activities have been carried out across the province to bringing joyful Mid-Autumn festival to children.
On October 2, Changshin VN in Vinh Cuu district organized the programme “Mid-autumn festival” for more than 1,000 children of its workers. At the event, the children joined traditional celebrations, including eating moon cake, playing folk games, and watching lion dances.
Earlier, Pouchen VN in Bien Hoa city also held get-togethers for its workers’ children on the occasion of Mid Autumn festival
Children of workers from Taekwang Vina Industrial in Bien Hoa 2 industrial park also enjoyed circus performance and dragon and lion dance to celebrate Mid Autumn fest. Accordingly, the company awarded 30 scholarships to studious poor students and provided support to 200 children of its disabled workers.
On the same day, Nhon Trach district Youth Union presented 500 Mid-Autumn gifts for disadvantaged students in Phuoc Thien and Hiep Phuoc communes.
In Trang Bom district, local youth union undertook a range of activities including granting gifts and holding a “Warm mid-autumn festival” night for local children.
In Long Khanh town, local children enjoyed the mid-autumn festival on October 3 night by eating moon cakes and getting gifts.
In Tan Phu district, 500 children with difficult circumstances received gifts to celebrate the mid-autumn festival on Oct 3.
