(ĐN)- A ceremony has been held to set up a grassroots trade union of Hoa Phat Dong Nai Company with 89 members, operating in Long Khanh Industrial Park in Long Khanh town.
Earlier, Long Thanh district Labor Union has established a grassroots trade union of Shibutani Vietnam, a Japanese-invested company in Long Duc Industrial Park, with 29 members.
Dong Nai has so far established 2,832 new grassroots trade unions with over 657,600 members. Many grassroots trade unions have enhanced their role in protecting rights and benefits for local workers as well as taking care of spiritual and material lives for their members on the occasion of holidays, Tet, etc.
Another grassroots trade union will be set up in Japfa Comfeed Company in Bien Hoa city’s An Binh ward.
