(ĐN)- A meeting was held in Dong Nai on August 5 to publicize the PAR Index 2014 recorded from local departments and relevant agencies, and the People’s Committees (PCs) at all levels.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh of the provincial People's Committee asked all departments, agencies and the PCs to boost the implementation of the Public Administration Reform (PAR) program. The Heads of State administration agencies at all levels are also required to take responsibility for ensuring the effective implementation of the program in order to better meet the demands of the people and society.
He also called for the effective implementation of the one-door policies to ease the burden on people when dealing with administrative procedures.
The 2014 index showed that Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority, Departments of Science and Technology, Finance, Home Affairs, Foreign Affairs, Office of the provincial People’s Committee topped the list.
