During the action month on November, various activities have been launched to raise awareness of all levels, sectors and the community of the prevention of domestic violence, gradually reduce the number of the cases. Mass organizations have been also encouraged to join hands in the fight.
Particularly, communication events, conferences, workshops and seminars on population, birth-control, reproductive health, gender equality and preventing family violence were held across the province, especially in remote areas.
The event is expected to help change public understanding of domestic violence prevention and happy family building.
